Oh god oh god oh god, this guy scared THE BEJEEZUS out of me as a kid. I think he was the reason behind my unreasonable fear of skeletons.

He’s cute! Where is he from?

The Last Unicorn movie!  He’s voiced by Rene Auberjonois, who was Odo from DS9 and also Awesome from Real Life.
