The movie is called Ten Inch Hero and it features a scene wherein Jensen Ackles is buying tampons (whilst wearing a kilt — pretty sure the gif is from this scene) and is mocked by some pimply teens chilling by the checkout.  Can’t remember the wording of his speech but it boils down to “ME BUYING THESE?  MEANS I HAVE A LADY I AM FUCKING.  UNLIKE YOU LOSERS, WHO ARE SPENDING YOUR DAY MAKING FUN OF PEOPLE AT THE CONVENIENCE STORE AND /NOT HAVING SEX/.”
